Well actually, hristoitchov, in the Dexter's Lab episode, Unfortunate Cookie, If it's in english, I think the voice of that guy who runs a shop at Chinatown, Mr. Chau, might be provided by the same guy who will go on to provide the voice of the Emperor's secretary, Chi Fu, in the Disney Animated Feature, Mulan (1998), which is Disney's first animated feature to be made entirely through its Orlando, Florida animation facility (before it closes 6 years later in 2004), James Hong, or so.
