I made an onboard mixer from a Coridium ARMmite processor. Took awhile, but seems to work pretty good. With an onboard mixer you can use a standard 6 to 9 channel radio.

It senses the heat difference between the ground and sky, the ground always being warmer. It keeps the aircraft level. FMA Direct makes it, called the CoPilot.
Now you can concentrate in building a nice body to this skeleton resembling or not the Bell/Boeing Quad TiltRotor (QTR) .
