I love LOVE her dress here. I've been a fan of BoA since her "NO.1" time and this song, performance, and style is definitely something different from her usual work. With all the choreography that most her other performances are filled with, this is something completely new.. But even with no dancing choreography involved at all, this performance shows her true skills in acting and a great artist. Why do I say that? Well, here you can see how she can be so beautiful, seductive, and talented.
Easily my two top Korean performers are BoA and Park Kahi. Both truly have the package of amazing singers AND dancers (with Kahi adding in outstanding choreo skills to boot)
@greenring01 Lol, I always thought she was the friendliest during her Japanese debut (2001-2002). She MUST be tired, I read somewhere that since debut, she gets only a few days' leave per year. I've been listening to BoA since I was 13, and I'm 22 now :)
@couchpotato25 -- obviously you haven't been a BoA fan for long, if you understood the context of the video, and the MANY MANY music she has produced with music videos - you would understand that every music video she makes has a "theme" where she is acting a certain role. It is also evident in her Game MV that this song isn't for "angellic-shining in a pearling white background princess".
@PinkCee if I remember correctly, most of BoA's old songs - No.1, Jewel Song, Quincy, Rock with You, Amazing Kiss, Every Heart, Listen to my Heart did not have any particular theme. Their lyrics were more or less about teenage love and all that shit. You sure she had "themes" at all? Or are you just pretending to be deep? If you think you can infer some deeper meaning of life from pop music, your brain must be pretty damn shallow.

@couchpotato25 Sorry for digging up your comment. I'd say her arrogant here is the emotion/expression needed for the song. If you watch other recent performances like: romance, valenti, no.1,... (in 2010) or recently milestone (in 2011) then you'll see "the other BoA". BoA has different expressions when she performed different songs, that why I really love watching her performances :D sorry for my english :P

She is the only female singer who have this kind of performane, smooth and natural. Like she can finish perfect MV within one take. No female singer performance similar to her.
Her voice has matured so much... When she sings, it sounds almost exactly like the recording. Amazing. Her looks are more alluring and sexy. I find that when she's more modest, she's most beautiful. It seems almost as if she's trying to copy Lee Hyori's style. I mean this in a grieving way, rather than a ridiculing one. She went from Atlantis princess to... Game/Hurricane Venus. Nothing wrong with that, but I think the image change should've been more subtle and slow. :/
@tubbie121 but you do have to realize that she has been on hiatus from the korean music industry since Girls on Top and that was 5 years ago. It's obvious that within the time frame of 5 years things change. I wouldn't be able to expect BoA to return 5 years later singing songs like Atlantis Princess, even though the music she release the earlier half of her career were definitely golden.
