I couldn't figure out the word "mu'kadah" can you write it in Arabic.

What I know about the 4 rak'aat before Al-Asr is that its sunnah but not from the rawaatib (the 12), is that what you meant?

I Just want to say, there's a mistake in the Translation where it says: "Even if He hated the unbelievers" that's wrong it should be: "Even if the unbelievers hate it".
