Because Fox is stupid and canceled due to the show only averaging 4 million viewers per episode. I was 15 when this aired and at the time I wasn't into cooking. Now I'm working in the restaurant industry and just watched this and wished it wasn't canceled and only 13 episodes.

When this show premiered in 2005, I was only 13 (Because it aired on September, and I turned 13 in July 8, 2005).

so the name is probably "Kitchen Confidential Theme"
