For me, there's an easy answer to your question asking how Palin is better: authenticity. She's real, she's aggressive, she won't back down. Consequently, these are reflective of America and her citizens. Most of us don't have a guilty conscience about social injustice. Most of us maintain pride in who we are, were, and have been. Because Obama doesn't share such sentiments, has glaring omissions in his resume, and has a (seemingly) endless history of radical ties many of us don't relate.
