@greyisboring its true that hes still a big jerk but we are seeing alot of development, as he doesn't spend all his life in his room, he actually gets up to go to school, and at some points you can actually see that the connections that he makes are starting to affect him, and his thoughts about real girls.

The pronunciation and many of the worlds are different in Japanese than Chinese, plus you'd have to learn three more writing styles and a crap ton more characters x.x I wanted to learn Chinese after Japanese, but my very first actual lesson I was so lost that I just decided to stick with Japanese

I generally dislike harems, but I like this show because it's NOT about some guy getting a bunch of ass. It's about someone with real personality, not just a cardboard cutout for guys to put themselves is, making real connections with people. He's not playing these girls because he thinks more is better, he's doing it to help them for their own benefit. I think that's a really nice change for a harem anime.

Also, the only reason Keima's not a self-insert is because he plays the ROLE of a self insert, doing as they do. He's basically everyone IRL that prefers self-insert characters.

And there's the fact that there's Elsie and Haqua with him sometimes, and adding the target he's going after that's 3 girls, which is harem requirement.
