Brilliant!! Cheers! Reminds me of my childhood and Uncle Jim outside in the yard. In touch, tune with Nature...[the presocratic phusis (latin, natura) meant growth, change, movement, evolution].
"Allotment" permaculture? Interesting. An allotment seems somewhat like a "yard" in the US. The place where you grow 'things', keep chickens, etc. One's allotment, one's yard, same difference. Cool.
Ireland needs to return to its past whilst being in the present and heading into the future.

We will be visiting this forest garden as part of the full Permaculture Design Course taking place in Westcliff, spring 2011.
