Guys my sister just asked me if I wanted a curry puff. I said no. I think I'm going to cry now. Nah, when I think of the calories I'm not even going to gt into that
Oh my goodness I can't live without pastry!!! BREAD, GARLIC BREAD, PIES, PUFFS STUFFED WITH SPINACH AND CHEESE, CURRY PUFFS, etc etc. Oh my goodness yum! Although I don't think I can eliminate all of it I'm going to try. Chocolate is eh. Chips is yum but not that addictive. But pasty. O. M. G....
True. Once you start eating them, it's like a domino affect lol. I work in a bakery (which I really do need to find another place to work but I do love how creative the grocery story is that I work-I work at a place similar to Whole Foods). When I sample the breads it's like something comes over me and I want to have a cookie sample and on and on!!!!!!

dried fruit or nuts drizzled with some honey is a somewhat healthy treat i like to have when i have cravings...yummm also olives if u want something salty
Thanks so much for this video topic. I have had a lifelong struggle with binge eating and weight gain and even as a gluten free vegan I find it hard to stay away from certain foods. I'll keep your words in mind. Thank you!
I find that eating a mix of sprouted pumpkin and sunflower seeds with jalapeno and other spicy powders is really addicting. I pour some in a bowl, and I go back for three more refills until I feel so bad that I've overeaten.
I agree it restarts you.No variety. I too did many mono diets and found it restes your appetite(cravings, addictions) so many cooked foods have a chemical reaction to your taste buds and addictions. We need to treat cooked foods as any other addiction. Some foods have chemicals in them by ppl in labs to get us addicted. Major food companies pay top dollar for those chemist. Staying away is the best answer.
I have a problem with and it might sound strange but garlic and onions. Well really it is afterwards, I eat them then I want something sweet afterwards, I guess to get the taste out of my mouth. I really want chocolate. or Ice cream.
OMG Natasha you are sooo right! :) I just went through what you were talking about and just elminated those addictive trigger foods...it was making me go crazy :S I feel much better now!
Mine= Peanut butter frozen yogurt with walnuts and strawberries. It may sound okay, but nonono...it's a recognized addiction. I've been doing well with 'eliminating it from my diet' though.
sugar isn't a trigger food for me, chocolate I could leave and never touch.. but I think there are certain foods that trigger for me that taste starchy but aren't. But thankfully I am aware of it though I don't know exactly which ones they are and see i'm hankering for something and stop and try and make a green juice to drink. sometimes.
In 2000 years , after world war 3 and all is lost. This video will be found and the people that are left will prais this man. There will be churches for this man - just as there is for jesus today. The man is 100% right , there are to many people running and not walking threw life. To many people being cocky with ther materialist objects ( mercedes Benz) and not being greatful for what they do have. Also to many people using there bodies as sexual objects ( STRUTTIN THAT ASS)
Natasha you're so on point. mine trigger food was ice cream... couldn't just have a little. But now that i've discovered SMOOTHIES i'm sooo good to go :) thanks for doing what you do! <3
@nicolegrl19 i use Bragg's apple cider vinegar and it works GREAT :) makes my skin really really soft and smooth and if i get any zits they won't last more than a day. it's also fading my scars from old pimples incredibly fast. faster than anything i've ever seen! If you're nervous about trying it just dilute it half and half with water and try it out. words GREAT for me :)
This video was right on point for me. I never use to eat candy because it was never an option; I never kept candy in the house because I knew I would eat it all. At work they started having candy in the break room and what started as a once in a while "treat" became everyday and i've now realized that it's completely out of control. I have joined the raw challenge and i'm hoping that with that I can gain my control back since those trigger foods won't be an option any more.
if you find the time, one of my favorite places in the world is very close to Samui. It's on Koh Phan Gnan and is called Wat Kow Tham monastery...the teachers there are Steve and Rosemary Weisman and they teach Vipassana retreats...the place is beautiful with amazing views :) Have a wonderful time in Amazing Thailand!!!
