The band is called "Psychopomps" - a psychopomp is a creature that would ferry souls from this world to the afterlife, or in some mythologies, might also bring souls of a newborn to this world. "Guide of Souls" would be the best translation possible.
This track was originally on the album "Six Six Six Nights In Hell" released on the Zoth Ommog and Cleopatra labels back in '95, if my memory serves.
