Me parece que España a perdido mucho tiempo en reestablecer los lazos de hermanandad con Filipinas. Filipina en su totalidad es fruto del colonialismo Hispano, pero despues de 1898 sean han hecho grandes esfuerzos por desconectar a los Filipinos del mundo Hispano. It's the result of 2 different epoques. Spain colonized the Philippines when the middle ages where coming to an end. The Americans entered there when they were already the main industrial power of the then "new" industrial era.
