That's because you didn't read. :P See that [Read Me] [!].txt? Anyway, it explains that any of the gameboots with [!] in the name are compatible with 1.50 only. There's like 7 Matrix pmfs in that package, 6 of 'em should work just fine on cfw.

chupa55: You must convert them to mp4 and put them in the correct directory on your memory card. Refer to your PSP manual for instructions. The Japanese-made 3GP Converter is a free program which makes PSP-friendly MP4s.

Well if you have a video you dowloaded, use the following steps.

1.if the video is not in an MP4 format you must convert it using some sort of convertin app.

2. Open the downloaded video in iTunes and go to the Advance tab and click on "Convert selection for iPod" then connect the PSP to your computer and drag the video out of iTunes and into the "VIDEOS" Folder on your PSP. (if you don't have a "VIDEOS" Folder on your PSP creat a new folder and name it VIDEO (Capitals included). And your done.

Pejuh: In this video, I'm using a 1.5 firmware with DevHook to emulate a 2.71 firmware. This method is pretty much completely outdated now. Most people are using OE firmwares now.
