there is no layer on the right, i did it quite accurately because i cut around me and didn't cut a obviouse square around the person also there is nothing wrong with the ligting, I delibratly put the one on the right in black and white and not colour so that I could see if I could actually do it

Use the cookie cutter. And may I suggest, turn the auto exposure off when filming both sides so that the lighting is all the same.

the lighting is off. u can tell the layer on the right is fake . try to mask better (capture lighting as well) nice tho.
