  • ffs!! every protein shake ( home made.... rightt!) every clip on youtube that says HOME MADE PROTEIN SHAKE- Requires a 30 dollar protein shake

  • Forgot 2 scoops of vanilla icecream lol

  • I tried the clean bulk, and still nothing. My dirty bulk shake is just like this but way more peanut butter, 2 whey scoops, a banana, and 4 teaspoons of choco syrup.

  • thanx for this great video, one question for you ...should I drink it before or after working-out?or it doesn't matter ?

  • Too much peanut butter or the things including peanuts it give you allergy also.

  • lol nice fast forward :D so interesting video

  • Does it taste good?

  • @Dharusan080 Like cum piss and shit all mixed up.Very taste:)))

  • @leanbodylifestyle hey if i have a whey gainer only, can you explain how do i make it into a healthy whey gainer protein shake?

  • making your own weight gainer is better. you can control the amount of calories you take. plus, whey protein powders lasts more than weight gainers. serious mass only has 16 servings compared to the 74 servings of gold standard whey.

  • or you could just pay 30$ for 12 lbs of serious mass and bypass all this bullshit

  • @drh8409 Serious Mass only last about two weeks if you have 1 serving a day, while whey proteins usually have 60-80 servings.

  • @drh8409 lol serious mass will just make you fat. Theres no need for a 1250 calorie shake. This is much healthier and better for you.

  • @Jonnyboy49lol You're retarded. All the shit that this guy is adding to this weight gainer shake he's making is already in Serious Mass. There's no such thing as calories that just get you fat. Fucking idiot. Learn to body-build before commenting on shit you have no idea about.

  • @baracuda771 HAHA so what you are saying is that the same calories you get in a cookie are the same you get in a apple. Obviously you dont know what your talking about. Everyone knows that weightgainers like serious mass have fillers and a bunch of shit you dont want in your body. I have tried them and all they do is add unhealthy fat to your body. The shake in this video is a lot healthier and better then the bullshit you believe in. Come talk to me in a few months when you gain 10lb of fat

  • @Jonnyboy49lol Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. Calories are calories. Whether or not they have sugar in them makes no difference to your body; the only difference is the size of the portion. One small cookie could be 100 calories where as 1 huge apple could be 50 calories. The difference is one fills you up more. Drinking a 3000 calorie weight gainer drink doesn't instantly make you any fatter than a 3000 apple. You're a fucking idiot. Get your facts straight.

  • @Jonnyboy49lol I've also been lifting for almost 4 years so I know what I'm talking about to some degree. I don't just make shit up on blind faith. Fucking idiot.

  • @Jonnyboy49lol depends on what your needs are sir.

  • @drh8409 I'd like to know where you're buying a 12lb bag of Serious Mass for 30$. It's at least 80$ no matter where you get it.

  • peanits

  • @sairax14 Fucking idiot. Thinka little before dumping idiot ignorant comments. You're fat trying to lose weight , and me aswell as a fuckton of his viewers are here to gain MUSCLE MASS not FAT. sugar and shit gives you fat. This , along with good workout and nutrition , gives you MUSCLE

  • @r44ng33d not exactly

    sugar gives you energy

if you dont use the energy then sugar will become fat

so if you workout, or even think hard (like an exam or IQ test)

    you use lots of energy

even just jumping on you chair like a hyper ADHD kid uses lots of energy

just never do nothing, and never let your mind or body become dull

  • @hannesdelbeke Imagin how many hours of jumping in a chair would it take for a kid with adhd lose the bout 100g carbs you get from eating 1 ice cream from mcdonalds? And carbs give you energy , sugar is one of them , not all.

  • @sairax14 STUPID

  • @sairax14 We don't wanna be fat asses, we're trying to gain muscle mass, not fat. Idiot.

  • @mrjakeandmrsryan hes an idiot jerk

  • GO AHEAD GO AHEAD ...

  • how many of these would you drink per day?

  • @TheNeekbasher 1once errrrr day

  • what can i give my 11 year old son so he can gain weight he is 72 pounds next year he moves up to the bigger boys with weight limit of 110 something safe i have gold standerd whey the man at the store said this was ok for him because he is young but my wife thinks different

  • @satajet951 food doesn't hurt just feed him a bunch if your that serious on him gaining weight just keep it relatively healthy an double his proportions don't worry so much about supplements

  • your muscles don't look so big stop fucking chicks all the time and relax !

  • Why does everyone doing these videos have RIDICULOUS amounts of protein in them - your average person (unless a seasoned athlete or pro body builder) will not be able to digest that much !!

  • @LifeFitTraining 70 grams is a lot, but your better off getting the extra calories from protein than fat or carbs. That's how I see it..

  • you need to add dmaa (geranamine)

  • add some bananas and strawberries for extra taste and carbs

  • that extra scoop of whey isn't needed, too much protein and a waste of money

  • How much calorie that would be?

  • I want to give this one a try tomorrow haha how does it taste . hmmmm

  • what kind of milk is needed

  • Comment removed

  • will using Serious Mass increase the amount of protein? And what can I use to replace peanut butter? (not really much of a pb fan)

  • @levaann NUTS... good nuts.. --> healthy FAT!!! and such things!

  • You sure love peanut butter...

  • here aa just wanted to ask if this is just for for gaining weight .....because i want to gain muscle will this work fo muscle gaining....im still too young to take powder protien..:( awsome vid by the way....subbed :)

  • @IsThatAllYouGot1 you can never be too young to take protein powder. it is a basic ingredient in your everyday eating habits ( i would hope) and there is nothing wrong with taking in the extra bit. reguardless of age

  • @IsThatAllYouGot1 you gain muscles if you train hard :))

  • If you're trying to gain weight, wouldn't it make sense to use whole milk instead of skim?

  • Can i substitute all nature pb with some almonds?

  • hey your videos are great, just one question how should i drink this shake?

  • pour the shake in cup, lift it up and put in your mouth, just drink, simple and silly

  • But will it blend????

  • @scottbrodiebam LMFAO

  • whata oats?? -.-

  • Is it just for guys?

  • @AMarieCS416 lol of course not, if you are working out and feel the need to get some extra protein, you can take protein shakes. The only thing is, it is only useful when doing weightlifting, not cardio.

  • 70g of protein? What the fuck!? Your body can't absorb more than 50 at the time.

  • @DUAL727 actually its 24-25

  • Thanks for making this, it really helped me out.

  • Hey people! Look at my channel for a great and 100 % natural weightgainer shake (no protein powder needed). See ya!

  • @gtslmfao why dont you go stick a banana up your ass!!

  • blow your fucking nose will you

  • Hey man I'm looking forward to trying this. I was wondering if this increases mass?

  • would it be bad to use peanut butter that's not all natural? i thought sugars help restore glycogen after a workout. does anyone know if it's gonna make a huge difference or not?

  • @Lumokso i would use any peanut butter, with the sugars in, after all we all eat a few snacks during the day anyway, dont see the difference

  • Why the fuck would u put whey protein in a home made protein shake?? Kinda defeats the purpose of making a *homamde protein shake* in the first plave don't ya think??

  • @MCDEVVOMAN Weight gainer protein shake*. Theres a difference

  • @MCDEVVOMAN very true man, all hes done is made his version of a commercial product, a bit fake if you ask me

  • @nicedavid123 I recommend u use the protein powder cuz without it it wouldn't be a sufficient protein shake.. U NEED the protein and witout it it wouldn't help u gain muscle if that's what u want

  • i hope this stuff willwork cuz i hav plenty of this stored in thee cabnets

  • @itsbarbie151 of course it will "work" just like any other food source

  • I have to drink this every day or what? Im doing home workout with push-ups and stuff like that?Do i have to make that every day or before or after i workout? Please answer..Im 16 years old by the way..

  • I did this a lot when i started working out, and its great!

The only problem what i started farting a lot. Like 50+ times a day. I stopped using raw oats and all my problems were solved :) so if you get the same problem...don'r use raw oats, cook them!

  • hey man! i love the video.. i have one question though...can i do it without the powder would it still be a protein shake?

  • what is the recommended amount of protein g in one day??

and what is the bodybuilding amount?

    thank you very much

by the way very nice vids

  • @a735Alexis how much protein you shoud take a day....

    for each kg u have u take 1,5-2 g of protein .... so if you have 75kg u take 112,5 - 150 g of protein

thumbs up so ppl see :D

  • Very good man.

  • this is a ronnie coleman style shake !

and the avrage bodybuilder need's more protein shakes thru the day with lower ingredients......i also don't wan't to shit on this video, so this is the best shake if you're not planing to eat fooooood that day ......! :|

  • why are you putting ice in the shake ?

  • Great video, I made the same shake all the time, just a few tips tho, if you were really looking for a weight gain shake use whole milk, also sometimes you might get clumps in your shake cause of the oats so just run the oats through a coffee grinder and it will make the shake much smoother :)

  • @sephiroth431 hey thanks for the tip! I usually just deal with the clumpy oats... no more :)

  • its not gross !! I Love oats =D thanks bro for the best best best videos !!

  • im trying to go up on all of my lifts will this help

  • im not a big peanut butter fan, what are some good substitutes?

  • Bro, i take this shake 2 times a day, for more bang for your buck, lash in 1 egg and 2 egg whites raw, 5g glutamine and 5g creatine. BEASHHHT!

  • I need to try it, thank you.

  • 70 grams protein in one go?! Misleading.... Even "weightgaining" is misleading. As if you need to get fat first to build muscles later. Try and read something about anabolic cooking first before you put this bullshit on the internet.

  • @TacticDj calm down bud.. weight gainer its as simple as it sounds.. more pounds in a healthy way

  • nice one thanks

  • Question: can I have this shake twice a day or will that be too much protein/calories?? nd I do workout everyday.. When is the best time to drink this shake?

  • @beantownn54 after workin out and twice aday aint too much

  • Excellent vid man.. thanks alot.. best weight gain shake vid.. nice and simple

  • a banana would probably be good in there too and add a little more calories

  • is it just me or are you guys cheap with your whey protein usage too?

  • Awesome recipe, it tastes like Reese's peanut butter cup! Keep up the good work bro!

  • you talk really well man, hope you are looking at making a good career out of this stuff.

  • @holyfarkenshite These kind of comments are great to read, thanks so much!

  • @leanbodylifestyle i agree with him keep up the good work and do u drink this weight gainer?(im assuming u have a fast metabilisom

  • @leanbodylifestyle Thanks for this vid, it really helped me !

  • @holyfarkenshite yeah im gonna agree with this guy your voice isnt like annoying, its a easy voice to listen to

  • I use a frozen banana with mine instead of ice, gives it a creamier texture. Cinnamon and nutmeg are good to put in too, gives it a really nice taste.

  • Is 10,000 calories a day good if I'm trying to bulk up?

  • @jgq85 holy shit

try 4000calories a day and weight training

  • @jgq85 You'll be lucky to get 5,000 a day mate

  • @G00n3r4Life

Ok because I was eating 3 jars of Peanut butter a day and feel like i'm getting fatter.

Each jar is about 3200 calories.

I mix with honey and wash down with whole milk.

    And sometimes i eat chicken.

  • @jgq85 Def. do not eat 3 jars of peanut butter a day....lol

  • @jgq85 'feel like i'm getting fatter' I can tell you now if you were eating 10,000 calories the bulk of which from fats of peanut butter you would get fatter.

  • @jgq85 I almost spat out my protein shake when reading this. If you are trying to bulk, make it clean. there is deffo no need to be putting all that fat in your body.

  • dude do u always have blocked nose?

  • we have the exact same blender! haha

  • I have a suggestion. How about do a shake recipe thats high in protein without the use of Whey or any other protein product. Just natural ingredients.

  • Do you have any analsex experience?

  • give us some dont eat it all alone!!!:)))

  • back to optimum whey again :P ?

  • Aren't alot of calories bad for you?

  • @wpgmistyh2o no calories aren't bad for you per say, because everybodys body is different, some gain weight very easily so they'd need to watch their calorie content, some such as myself don't put weight on easily and thus have to pack in alot of calories in their day to grow, calories are essentially fuel for your body, nothing else - the more active you are the more calories you'll need to sustain yourself, so in a nutshell, no calories aren't bad for you

  • @Torcaski Thx for clarifying that for me. Take care :-)

  • @Torcaski Wtf, of course its bad for you not eating anything.

    1) You burn calories just by existing/living

    2) You need calories to get vitamins and minerals

  • @crocjump i was responding to a guy asking the question "are calories bad for you".... and i don't see where i said eating nothing isn't bad for you? read a little better next time

  • @wpgmistyh2o To find out the calories in a food, you divide then energy (kj) by 4.184 to find out the calories (kc). Energy/calories come from 3 main areas, protein, fat and carbohydrates (which are broken down further into 'good and bad' etc). It is better to have higher protein foods to fill you up as too much fat and carbohydrates are stored in your body, making you fatter

  • @robiscool09 Awww thank you so much for teaching me more about calories. What would you suggest i eat for a diet on a daily basis? I usualy eat some oatmeal with a little peanut butter and a little bit of protein powder for flavour. Or I will make different types of smoothies. I'm new to all this and new to working out in my living room, lol.

  • @wpgmistyh2o Yeah man great start, i usually have the same without the peanut butter because its a bit high in fat for breakfast. Just start off with that, have some tinned salmon, apples, bananas etc

  • How often do you work out?

  • hey michell. great vid as ever. can you tell me when the best time to have this kind of shake is please? : )

  • I've got a few messages asking on how to make protein shakes have more calories. Some thins I can suggest to you is to use a milk other than skim, add some natural peanut butter, and some oats (you can't even taste them). Don't fall for the "weight gainer" shakes that have bad calories in them that will only make you gain fat.

    670 calories

    70g protein

    50g carbohydrates

For the fat content, it varies on what kind of milk you use.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Nice recipe, but there are no such things bad calories and good calories just calories.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Even if you're huge, powerlifting?
