Not sure about the others, but I think "you killed my brother" might be from the TV show Heroes (never watched it, just recognised Sylar) and chainsaw-hand guy might be Ash from the Evil Dead horror film series (again, haven't seen it, but I know Ash is some movie character with a chainsaw for a right hand, and that clip looks like it might be how it happened).
