je weet dat je auto inbeslag genomen kan worden ondanks dat je het niet aan hebt staan?

nee ohr alleen als je ze aan hebt staan voor een tijd die langer is dan dat mag en als ze uit zijn mag je ze hebben net als neon verlichting ;) btw die auto die je hier ziet heeft 1 van de beste stroboscoop lampen dit is geen amateur;)

het ziet er heel gaaf uit dat wel, maar deze dingen mag je dus niet aangesloten hebben ondanks dat je ze niet aan hebt staan. Daardoor kan je auto inbeslag genomen worden. Kijk de wet maar na art 94 t/m 96 strafvordering. voor onderzoek inbeslagname.

omdat ik de wet ken, en een vriend van mij had dit ook, die was zijn auto kwijt voor een week. daar hebben ze dus dit eruit gehaald en hij de kosten hiervoor heeft moeten betalen+ een boete. een andere vriend van mij moest de neon onder zijn auto ter plaatse eronderuit slopen. of zijn auto ging mee. Omdat de kennis er is dat ze het ook vaak op straat gebruiken. Je mag het zowiezo niet op je auto hebben ongeacht aan of niet.

Strobolights kun je bij elke autoshop wel kopen. Het knipperende grootlicht werkt via een aparte module die ik van iemand 2e hands heb gekocht. Zoek maar is op headlight flasher op google.
