I don't recommend this type of straightening treatment, they use harmful chemicals that can severely damage the hair, that's why I prefer the flat iron which is safer and cause less damage, I use a good one, it's the Karmin G3 Salon Pro that has tourmaline ceramic plates which leaves the hair soft, shiny, healthy and very straight.

Hi guys I'm 15 and I want to do this to have scene hair so there are a few things I'm wondering about how it shall affect me and perhaps others..

1. How much will it cost for me?

2. Can I dye my hair while it is like this?

3 Can I apply hair gel and hairspray?

4. How often will this last on me?

hi. i have done my hair permanently straightened during the process i got my hair burnt and now its dry n damaged. for how long shall i wait for my hair to straighten? coz my hair is a mess. please help!!.

@nupril1 if your hair is burnt i would reccommand waiting a while to use a straightening product or anything. get it trimmed, also use deep conditioning treatments, or condition while you sleep to penatrate the hair, u can mix ur condition with some olive oil put it on ur hair and sleep with it, wash it out the next day, then use a serum while ur hair is still wet and a leave in conditinar will help as well!! good luck!!

My mom has done permanent hairstraighting. Cuz she has curly hair. She did it in holland, in a chinese salon. They did it in 3 hours for 120 euro's. It's good for a half year.. But the thing is it gets so sticky and hard to brush your hair.. You have to use a good hair serum, to make it shiny and easy. after doing it you should cut your hair a cm cuz it dies at the ends.

I say go for it! I have wavy hair and i got it Permanently straightened and it looks AWSOME!

I went to a salon and asked if I could have my hair permenently straight when I was little but the guy said it will damage your hair. I think you should maybe wait till your older, in my opinion.
