i feel you i dont wanna hear there bull shit...we dont need to go there and deal with that shit we got to worry about our selves. if u wanna help them go do it ur fucking self
Either we invade Darfur and all these other countries with oppressed peoples, or we don't invade any of them. It is morally reprehensible to say that one people are somehow more deserving of freedom and military intervention from us than another. Are the people of Darfur more worthy than the Chinese, the Cubans, the Zimbabweans, and so many others around the world?? No!
Interventionism is bullshit. It doesn't matter if it's nation-building like Iraq or "humanitarian" interventionism in Darfur. Both sides are wrong; we cannot be the world police. Isn't it a little hypocritical of these Darfur people, most of whom are liberals, to criticize the War in Iraq for liberating Iraqis from Saddam but then do a 180 and say we should send troops to Darfur?? They want us to be a world police for their causes? Because their causes are "good" and Republicans bad??
The way they pick and choose is morally reprehensible, too. Why only Darfur? Why shouldn't we take out the autocrats in China, who have been making their people suffer since 1949?? Why not invade Zimbabwe and take out Mugabe? Where were you guys when Saddam was torturing and killing Iraqis? You guys never said "Save Iraq", yet you are now saying "Save Darfur"? Do you morons have a conscience, or do you just want to feel "involved" any way you can in some random cause?? What about Cuba?
These Darfur people need to just shut up. Yes, it's bad, but why don't you enlist in the UN peacekeepers that might be sent over there if you're so pissed? Why are you just protesting and bitching and trying to get the US gov't to involuntarily send its own troops there (something we don't do)? Soldiers join the military to fight for their country, not Darfur or China or any other. I'm sorry if that sounds selfish, but nations have militaries for a reason, not for a global police.

Leftists: Always love yelling and silencing political opposition. They can't just debate in a civil manner like regular folks.
"Save Darfur" "Save Darfur" Go save it on your own fucking time and leave us the hell alone!
