These lights were seen in Amsterdam. People sent tapes to a local tv station. The woman in the garden explains that an approching plane seemend to be avoiding te lights.

Radar control said that they where probably chinese ballons. But this woman said that they moved in a straight line while there was no wind.

The first couple you heard in the video said they changed colour.
