Evening Mk again! Just seen this and more strange stuff - especially the cl.142 ! Re. your correspondence with Baconsandwich, surely most this route just HAS to be used for the HST2 link to Leeds - it would make economic sense, even allowing for bridge replacements at Cudworth and Royston, fingers and everything else well and truly crossed..................
