@PennyDreadfuI i made it once, but not this recipe. it was ok, but despite it's high stature in the world, i didn't really care for it. i feel bad saying that, but there we are. it is a lot of work too. i might try it again for a special occasion.
Jennifer's beef looked delicious but I always feel that Beef Wellington is a waste of a good piece of fillet.

I failed so miserably at beef Wellington in the past, I doubt I'll try it again, but it looks delicious.
