Yes,I will continue after Hanna's death.I guess you may know that Carla was engaged with Bernd von Beyenbach to pretend that she's straight.After Hanna's death she had to marry him to keep up appearances.

At the same time she was denunciated by her brother Ansgar so she had to come out on her wedding day.That was the first time she told her father that she's gay.
