One of the funniest movies ever made! It's a delight to see Vincent, Peter and Boris having the time of their lives!

And this duel! Man, when I was a kid, I thought this was the coolest thing I had ever seen. It's still awesome! And the effects are great, considering the low buget :)

We also had the good fortune to spend our Halloween season watching Boris Karloff & Vincent Price on television that we did not have to pay for cable!

omg i used to watch this movie as a kid for halloween around, it was sooo funny and also creepy, but this part with the duel is too funny. i mean its a period piece but they actually used the "new years" music when the confetti dropped LOL. also a exgtremly young jack nicholson, LOL

I don't know if Rowling saw this, but Gary Gygax is known to have said that magic in D&D was based heavily on this movie, indeed, the darts and barriers resemble Magic Missile and Shield very much, and the fireballs work almost exactly the same.
