@kashard yes she was and her mom made her a winter coat that was made of different coulrrs because they could not afford a winter jacket so her mom made her one and people made fun of her but she said something like my mom made stitched this with love in every stitch she even has a song called coat of coulers i think that's what it is called and its about that jacket

I use to rent a guest house from Dolly's former neighbor in West Hollywood on Norma Place. And the old hag was always complaining to DP about evrything under the sun. DP always had her assistant deal with each problem and even sent this old hag flowers to make peace but she still complained.Eventually DP moved. I never got to see her in person though which I regret but I did'nt want her to think I was a stalker. I did see Carl DP husband. DP wig man lived on the other house next door. DP=class!

There has always been something about that woman that just makes me smile!!! :) I remember my mom and I went to Dollywood in 1986 (I think that was the year it opened). We had a great time. Since my mother's passing in 2005, I keep that as a special memory of me and my mom at Dollywood. :) Love ya, Dolly! - Jonathon
