dont mean to be rude but maybe you should be careful before you call someone else ignorant. Body wrapping has been around for thousands of years esp it was utilized by the ancient egyptians. So no my friend body wrapping has been around longer than the history in Europe even started to make much of a splash in world affairs. I think the ancients were a lot smarter about how the body works compared to us now who consume so much junk. Yes exercise works but body wraps work to eliminate toxins.
