@DColeEntertainment Yeah, that's kinda the progression. You start out just learnin as many sick fills and tricks as possible, then you grow up, and just learn to play in the pocket. Then you can do both and you got it all. He just had a little more growing up to do, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he did display some incredible God given ability and potential in this video. Hope he's controlling it more now.

i agree..Drummer is good but too concerned about the show and not the groove. It's making him fall out of pocket too much. in a nutshell...You doing too much.My guess is there was other drummers there too. kind of a drum off.
not knockin fam cuz he got chops needless to say but his pocket got holes....its kinda hard to to do shuffles among other things if a pocket is not established.....jus tryin ta keep it all the way 100
@ashepar2 a pocket is what make the song breathes. Its simply playing clean.Hes doin too much and changes the groove constantly. if u really pay attention, his tempo goes up and down. If he was more concerned about playing clean than his chops then he wouldnt have that problem. He sticks out too much. It takes away from the rest of the band, and the song as a whole.

I like this version of He's Able!!! Tight! But at 3:35 the drummer was taking away from the music. I give him his props, very talented, VERY TALENTED, but IMHO, he's doing TOO much "stuff" doesn't sound good! at 3:35 to .......
