Man where are these critics getting there info from? i would love to see there cvs. I bet they aint qualified to make a cup of tea. Body pump kicks ass then shapes it!!! Ive learnt a lot watching don and the other presenters on the dvds they a leaders in there fields

  • @Geoffro54 Thats Don Murphy, the Former President of Les Northeast. don't even think of commenting on his technique. He's a National Presenter and was on BP70. He knows his form.
