This movie started off pretty good, but around the middle it lost me. I mean, I didn't understand the female detective's part. Was she like a psychic and saw the murders before hand? In other words "Splinter" began as a hood movie like "Boulevard Nights" or "Menance Two Society" type fashion, but ended like "The Eyes Of Lara Mars" or some psychic murder mystery shit type movie, I don't know. I have to say, the acting/actors were really good though.
