Here are the shows that were on CBS in 1976: All in the Family, M*A*S*H, The Jeffersons, Maude, Good Times, One Day at a Time, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Bob Newhart Show, The Carol Burnett Show, Rhoda, Phyllis, Alice, All's Fair, The Waltons, Hawaii Five-O, Barnaby Jones, Switch, Kojak, The Blue Knight, Cannon, Delvecchio, Medical Center, 60 Minutes, and The CBS Friday Night Movie.
Here are the shows that were on NBC in 1976: Police Woman, Police Story, Quincy, M.E., Little House on the Prairie, The Rockford Files, Chico and the Man, Sanford and Son, Emergency!, Baa Baa Black Sheep, The Gemini Man, C.P.O. Sharkey, The Wonderful World of Disney, The NBC Sunday (Big Event)/Monday/Saturday Night at the Movies, and The NBC Mystery Movies (Columbo, McCloud, and McMillian & Wife).
Anitra Ford was in both Invasion Of The Bee Girls and Messiah Of Evil back in the mid1970s. Yep she quit acting and now does art which she has on display in Southern California.
My two favorite models from TPIR!!!! Even dressed like a frumpy housewife, Dian is still HOT!!!!! I met her and got my picture made with her when I was on the show in 1988. GORGEOUS!!!!
@RCPlanes59 Yep. NBC, which had High Rollers, Jackpot, Wheel of Fortune, Hollywood Squares, Jeopardy!, etc. Although, the late 70s-early 80s Peacock would not appear until the 1979-80 season.
Whenever I watch stuff like this, it makes me wish we could see the Bob Barker eps. in reruns again one day. Sadly, we have that god-awful Drew Carey, whose showcases are nothing but pointless shit.
@AngelusDlion I'm not actually referring to the prizes, I'm talking about those pointless hijinks he does with Rich Fields, like the Dunk Tank, the Soap Opera, and oh yeah, the Pie in the face.
This may be the most ridiculous thing I've seen on the show. And I love it for taking its sweet time. Nice contrast to nowadays.

Anitra Joy Weinstein (Ford) was always my favorite on TPIR.
She was and perhaps still is a goddess in every classy sense of the term!
Anitra, I love you still!

Eat your hearts out, Ellen Burstyn (Christine MacNeil), Linda Blair (Reagan MacNeil), Jason Miller (Father Karras) and Max von Sydow (Father Merrin).

2:39 - if you can catch it just right, you can see an upskirt, or rather, "upnightgown" shot of Anitra.

I love the comment, "...and she had the nerve to say that Bob Barker was over 25 years old." That look on Bob's face is classic!

Whoa! A Fiat...On the PiR?
There's somethin' you'll never see again!

LMAO!!!! Hey---I do remember Anitra Ford! What is she doing these days, anyway---does anyone know?

@meowfit Last I heard, she's been a photographer for some time.

Why did Anitra leave, or was she fired too?

@PsYcHoFaB I heard she left to be an actress. She got naked in one movie and I never saw her again.
RUDYNATACHA 1 year ago
That would be "Invasion of the Bee Girls" (and?) "The Big Bird Cage", but at least she left on good terms. :)

@AdamJ617 Um.. Adam? Carey is just the host.. he doesn't decide what the prizes are.

That looks like one seriously-priced showcase for 1976!

I had a feeling the "peacock network" had something to do with the peacock egg! Very well acted!
