i ran my hd 4650 at 10 ghz using a bios bug.when i put volts outside of those in the rbe.it dont really oc and shows blank speed.so original clocks stayed at normal but it showed as 10 ghz when i oc'd.it was funny
Tbh... I find it kinda ridiculous when people have 1001 shortcut icons on thier desktop, as well as a set of programs running at once while you're trying to make a youtube vid. It makes it that much more confusing.
and is it just me or did you GF your computer @ 05:05?
if its a old mother board then its likley to be agp, but there not really knocking about now days pci-e is the norm, but yes any graphics card so long as the form factor meaning the agp or pci-e bit is the same as the mother board then yes to your question
I got my 1 GB version to GPU Clock 800MHz/600MHz and Memory 500MHz/400MHz.
Pixel Fillrate : 3.2GPixel/s (normal 2.4GP.)Texture Fillrate : 6.4GTexel/s (normal 4.8GTex.).The bandwidth is normal 6.4GB/s OC'ed stable to 8.0 GB/s(Cant get it higher cuz of passiv cooling.Getting a Zalman).The 1GB Version is worse then the 512MB version.(Using RivaTuner)
lol no, it was running at 3GHz ,just that at 3GHz is doesnt really do ...anything hahaha and we said if it validates it counts ,it didnt have to be stable lol
ah never mind i found a tool to change it and i changed it to 32,i think i can do it from the BIOS as well, for the PCI bus :) .No biggy i guess i'll try to follow the next steps but i don't think games will run without snags when i do a big overclock like yours :D .
do you have the button that says "mem" at the bottom of ATItool
if so you go into that you just increase the timings ,i just experimented with what i could change with out crashing the computer ,
if not then you graphics card bios probably wont let you change the timings ,you could try another program but i had a friend that couldnt find anything to change them
lol i know it looks realy bad lol it might have been that i was recording at like 2fps ,but it still shouldnt look that long maybe the recorder was doing something funny lol trust me it didnt take that long in real time lol
wow overclocking a video card on the desktop, how fucking hardcore
