Heh, yeah I did just kind of hack Matt's AI in at the last moment. He can actually be really nasty when played right, probably has more projectile options than any commerical fighting game character.
I'm currently working on a updated version of Matt with new moves, an MvC style air combo system, and proper AI. Also his evil clone that was created by Dr. Wily and has more Megaman robot masters making cameos as strikers than you can shake a stick at.
