Lots of people have Christmas light and the old bulbs and keep them on for several hours of the night.

So this can't be any more expensive than that. It's intermittent display while the music plays, most of the lights are off while a featured set is lit.

Probably doesn't play all night long and they look like LED types or small glass bulb type lights.

I bet the operator would not be adverse to you sending a donation tho for your enjoyment to help defray cost of the power bill.
