why does taking out the RAM from your computer make single user mode work?... and is RAM the same thing as the memory of your computer? like when it says 4GB of memory for example... Thanks...
@nickbarghout Takin the RAM make single user mode work because the computer detects a change on the system an activates the single user mode, the ram isn't the same as the memory, the ram is the capacity of how fast is your computer, and the memory is the capacity of how much information can you store in your computer
When I get into single user mode it ask for a key and wont let me type.... i already did the ram thing and command s. Single user mode comes up, but it won't let me type... any advice?

it still wouldn't work.. it turns on normal,when you try to do the cmd + s it wont do anything..
