Videos alright other then the music, but for future reference when you punch you step into it for maximum effect but leave your back foot firmly planted on the ground, not putting it up in the air which could make you unstable.

You put your seiries of pivots or pivot in a films editing proscessor. For example I use windows movie maker. To add sounds and effects. Then save it to your computer. Then upload useing the "Video File" Option.
