  • My boyfriend loves these videos, but he works out after he watches them to re-gain his manliness :)

  • I am the 1000th like :)

  • Comment removed

  • 1957,

It is what it is.... shit happens in all our lives

In a dogs life shit happens... to be snacks

And eating shit means" nasty mouth" in any ones book...

Your trainer friend has become like a dog to lead dogs?

    Who's leadin who?

  • That was so sweet He will be your babys protector.

  • Beats a Baby monitor :)

  • mama must have put honey on baby's hand

  • I've wandered into that cute part of the internet again....

  • @crazygyrl08 LOL RIGHT?

  • That is so cute!

  • That is soooo sweet. That dog will love your baby more than itself! Your little one will have a life long friend!

  • I"m so happy for her to have in in her life. She will always feel unconditional love from that dear dog.

  • Awww

  • Awww,soo cute!

  • Everday that babys shufflin shufflin

  • For all those who are worried, the mouth of a dog is actually cleaner than the mouth of a human. I have a friend who is a dog trainer, and part of her method of establishing herself as 'pack leader' is to take a bite of a piece of food, then offer a bite to the dog, then finish it herself....Yeah, we all thought it was gross too, but she's never gotten sick from it.

  • Being a shelter volunteer I have customers who come and look for retrievers and labs for the family. This is cute and I hope they share many wonderful things.

  • 0:13 wow that was close, if his paw hit the baby by accident the kid could lose an eye.

  • @TheAtheistAussie if you look closely youll see that it was past the babies forehead by about 2", so no. that was not close.

  • Presh. So presh.

  • How sweet... that dog loves the baby and is so so gentle. My german shepherd is extremely gentle with my infant grandson. We have a video on our channel that shows how wonderful dogs can be with small children. Thanks for posing this. :))

  • 500

A dog will lick it's own ass... it's a dog thing stray or house kept

Not hate just fact dogs or animals lovable whatever... it is what it is

  • @mwljimoaol19 true but my golden retriever licks his ass almost never. if you know anything about golden retrievers you would know that they are very self conscious. meaning that they are very worried about how they look. all the golden retrievers i have been around are just like this dog. they are more worried about licking their furr when they dont feel pretty than they are about thier butt!

  • Words can not describe the bond that bond that children form with dogs at young age. There have numerous accounts were dogs have been raised with a child and and later end up saving the child when they get older.

  • whats with the negativity if the parents didnt trust the dog with the baby this wouldnt be posted i love the way this dog is being so gentle and attentive thats a true companion

  • O...didn't think about that.....well carry on.

  • He's tasting the baby to make sure he's edible...

  • Bacteria are very adaptable .they have the ability to change genetically to resist the effects of antibiotics

  • remember kids, when you're talking microbiology, "what type" can be much more important than "how much"

  • No this is not true it is impossible for a dog cuz it's mouth is used for everything licking wounds ,vomit, shit, piss, after birth from there young ,other dog's asses. yes these germs and bacteria don't disappear my friend they all live inside the dogs mouth google it. READ for yourself . I'm just sayin.

  • @mwljimoaol19 Pretty sure dogs dont lick shit, vomit or piss, I've never seen my do it. And this dog is living insice house so its clean. You think YOUR mouth is clean of bacteria? Even after brushing your teeth, your mouth is still the dirtiest part of your body in terms of amount of bacteria.

  • @derbigpr500 they do lick shit and puke, but not piss. my lab may seem like a princess, but still her favourite part of going for walks is sniffing out and scavvenging dog crap. and whenever we give her a bone she puke later in the day, when she was a puppy she would lick it back up.

  • A human's mouth generally will have more bacteria living in it than a dog's, so chill y'all.

  • That paw came pretty close to the face. I've been scratched recently by my dads full grown black lab ( of course she didn't mean to do it) but I'd be a bit more careful. The dog seems gentle enough but with a newborn, that's all it would take to injure the baby.

It's still cute tho, although my heart skipped when i saw that paw come down....

  • I luv dogs. Their very smart. I't makes me happy when they get treated like another family member.

  • That may explain the bizarre fetishes some girls develop later in life.

  • 25 cats watched this video

  • it must be the baby magic

  • Dogs have a very innocent habit of putting their paws on things and that baby is just too small to have that dog do that to it, especially on its face. Otherwise the dog seems gentle. I just would not have put that baby right in the line of the dogs paws.

  • personal saltlick.

  • the dog is all like : OMNOMNOMN tasty babyyy

  • una imagen vale mas que mil palabras.....bellisimo¡¡¡¡

  • who the hell are the heartless fucks that decided to click on "dislike" for this video? all of you need a good ol' fashioned ass whipping. please apply on my page.

  • A black "lab" I think!?

  • Aww love it. I had a black lad when i was a baby and he would sit under my moses basket and bark when i cried to let someone know. He was amazing and had him till i was 12. Miss him :(

  • This video makes you just.. SMILE :)

  • OOOOMMMMMGGGGG!!! YOUR BABY IS GOING TO DIE BECAUSE IF THIS! .... ok.... just in case you didn't get that, it was sarcasm ;) This is so adorable!

  • That dog Would FIght and Die for that Baby because it is part of it's pack. You gave it a home and it now considers you and your family members of the pack and is grateful for it. Ceasar out.......

  • Pup: Mmm newborn baby taste!

  • Golden is the perfect family pet!

  • Amazing kindness and calm for such a young pup. Love this!

  • Do yourselves a favor and block comments because people are so stupid.

  • you can tell they are BOTH having a great time. that's really cool. :D

  • TuBizzleFoRizzle is so catchy! I love it.

  • WOW, freak out people. It's a dog and a baby playing. People these days are sooo health conscious that they don't even realize they are doing more harm than good! Continuing to wash a baby's hands (or your own) gets rid of the good bacteria you have too! Not only that, but THIS very type of interaction helps a baby's immune system grow. I'm not saying that the babies hands shouldn't be washed at any point..but come on... how else are they gonna get those antibodies?? Dogs+Babies=Wonderful.

  • That is awesome. Nothing like doggie love. I've seen (and heard) adult mouths... the dog's is much cleaner, and sanitary... Rock on!

  • Soo Sweet!

  • who cares wat pple say!! they are hypocondriacts!!! their systems have to be used to germs anywaysss.... cant always protect thier baby from everythingg... they neeed to get used to germs... and btw.... this is beautiful,... georgeous baby huuunnn!!!!:)

  • too cute!

  • lol awww mothe/fatherr instincts take over. <3

  • Dog slobber = great trial and build up of the immune system.

  • this is the BEST breed for a family with small children! And it is protective of the whole family and property!

  • That is so adorable. I have heard Dogs are protective of babies.

  • @ShabbasDragoon I miss my labs :( best dogs I've ever known

  • @super6961 I agree 100%. They are great dogs.

  • Anyone who worries about the dog hurting a baby: you shouldn't. A mentally fit dog will not hurt a baby under any circumstance (unlike some humans). In a dog or wolf pack the only time the pack leader allows for public "humiliation" (ear pulling in the case of human babies) if it's done by a pup. I don't think it's possible for a very young baby to do anything that would warrant an attack from a dog.

  • Soooo much love!

  • I'm glad to see that people like you already exists! Your baby will grow up healthy and happy because of your dog and some scientists say that people who grow up with pets are better persons in future so congratulations!

  • uhmm.. human hand taste good..must lick "em..uhm.uhm haha

  • THIS IS GOLDIE!!

  • "And I think to myself, what a wonderfull world......."

  • wormed/vaccinated dogs = cleaner than humans. FACT. less specifically harmful bacteria are on dogs than people

  • Kids /babies around pets have less allergies than kids isolated from them.my kids were raised with dogs and cats, their dander( i vaccuum daily) with windows open to allow pollen inside, kids will build up a natural immunity to pet dander/pollens etc. Also kids learn to be kind when raised with pets. Good for everyone.

  • The dog seemed more interested in the blanket, or something there on it.

  • The reactions people have... seriously...

You know what, my grandma had a golden retriever when I was little and she always put the dog in the kitchen, or outside... like many of you suggest.

I kept on looking her up however, but my grandma wouldn't allow us together. Eventually, the dog got so jealous of me, that when I looked her up again, she bit me.

THAT is why you HAVE to let kids and dogs get to know each other. You are excellent parents and I hope they are doing awesome!!!

  • This is so cute <33 They're such a good companion and the dog is caring so much for the baby, it's adorable <3

  • Dog says ummmm baby fingers NOM NOM NOM

  • dogs thinking " Boy I cant wait to eat this baby!"

  • Why do people made a big point all the time? Trying to stir shit and whinge and fucking moan. This is the cutest frikkin thing ever. Its not your baby, its thier baby, both thier babies. This video is here for enjoyment. Please get on with your lives and whinge elsewhere. I think this kinda thing is awesome, they have both got friends for life here.

  • Dog lick never hurt anybody.

  • Shall we call that instinct? I think the doggy is taking a good care of the baby using her or his instinct for dog's own babies, saddly, maybe the babies were taken away or bought by others.

  • O.M.G. This is a beautiful bit of film..What a really beauiiful pair they are!!

  • you gus are dumb because dogs have the cleanest mouths ?! lmao x)

  • This is adorable. This is natural. This is just right. This made my day!

  • I remember reading somewhere that dogs were used during biblical times to lick the wounds of the sick or injured so that they can heal....

  • @SuperModerngranny... and they lick their own wounds - for a good reason, I'm sure ! When my dog lost a claw the vet told me not to let him lick his wound because it would get infected, but that's bullshit. I let my dog lick it, and it healed unbelievably fast. And the vet said that the claw wouldn't grow back, but it did !

  • my mom say when i was little our german shepherd dog babysitting of me (i am seat @ baby chair) while my mom cooking at the kitchen. hahh i miss HIM so much... ;( . and i dont know why everytime i visit friends or family who have a dog in their house .. their dogs love to be around with me. :) . and now i have 4 dog to pittbull, shitzu, puddle and yorkshare. i love them all :D .

  • @TheSayaka27 interesting combination... I'd love to see how they all play together :-)

  • Every person in the world should grow up with pets, it makes us all better people later on :)

  • @AnimalGuardian71 good point!!:)

  • @AnimalGuardian71 totally agree

  • so cute

  • I was getting paranoid when I see dogs with kids till I read your comment! @kitty3309

  • We had a Labs & Golden Retriever when I was born, and as I grew up and my parents did the same I'm 24 and perfectly fine, my couzins and kid all are playing with labs and Goldies since they were babies, its an undescribable bond they form and better the monst human bonds and more protective, so please people dont bubbel your kids, I mean wheres the fun in being a child if you cant grow up with your dog or play out side

  • People, seriously! I'm pretty sure the mother is not letting the dog actually "babysit" the newborn! It's just an expression. Nor does this borderline animal abuse or cruelty. How is it that people have to make a big effing deal about nothing! It's a cute video so leave it at that and stop getting your panties in a damn twist.

  • Gorgeous!

  • @demogirlsworld, you raise a fair point, and I acknowledged / addressed that point in a comment a few days ago. Although the risk of transmitting parasites / disease in that way is arguably remote, the risk does in fact "exist." To mitigate that risk, we wash the baby's hands carefully if/when the pup licks them. We think that's a reasonable way to address that risk while allowing the pup and baby to bond. And, if you check the "video response" that I posted recently, the baby is doing fine! :)

  • @TuBizzleFoRizzle What's all the fuss about, just as long as the dog is wormed regularly to keep it parasite free no harm can come to the baby.

  • @zoobeedoo09 I agree with you that there's little reason for fuss. However, in my area, the giardia ("beaver fever") and coccida parasites are common in dogs. There aren't vaccines / medicines that effectively prevent those parasites, and there's a slight risk that those parasites can be transmitted to humans. So, as a precaution, we simply wash the baby's hands if the pup licks them. Although the risk of transmisison is small, I don't see any downside to washing the baby's hands.

  • @zoobeedoo09 Exactly, and i'm sure baby is doing fine 10 months on

  • @TuBizzleFoRizzle My mother who is an RN nurse told me that dog saliva have some kind of antibiotic in it. If im out in the middle of nowhere with my dog and have no way to sanitize a wound, to let my dog lick it. Sooo...I think a few minutes of puppy slobber on your baby's fingers are not going to harm her. She's adorable by the way. :)

  • @TuBizzleFoRizzle lol you shouldn't even respond to dumb youtube police like demogirlsworld. They're just getting an ego boost from telling others what they're doing wrong.

  • @TuBizzleFoRizzle Considering they say a person must be exposed to some germs and things or they will not develop the antibodies, I think its not something I would worry about.

  • @bodybygigi Exactly! Seeing as plenty of people, myself included, touch dogs all the time and let them lick our hands and whatnot, I think the risk of transmission is very slim.

  • @TuBizzleFoRizzle ..... its fine!

  • @TuBizzleFoRizzle oh please if this were so dangerous to let your babies bond (human baby or not they are still babies) then we would all be dead. my dad had a rottie in bed with me when i was 2 weeks old and i turned out healthy as a horse and stubern as an ox.

  • @TuBizzleFoRizzle - Gosh, so many negative people - haters, haters, haters!!! thanks for not taking it that way - a human after all. I have x4 kids, 4 years and under x 1 dog and x2 cats.... one can only think of hygiene! Most babies will all do fine after all, it's immune building - from one parent to anothe :-D. All the rest can go suk IMO!

  • @GitheadJr, - scenario 1 Dog licks its ar$e, touches babies hand, baby puts hand in mouth AND as we know... baby has a very immature immune system, maybe baby gets sick - either way YUK! Scenario 2 - dog runs outside, walks or worse, rolls in $hite...comes in side = transfer of germs with a baby that has an immature immune system.... seriously. I have x4 kids - all being young, 4 is our eldest and 11 months our youngest - x1 dog & 2 cats LIVE OUTSIDE where they belong. They are ANIMALS!

  • @demogirlsworld: SO ARE WE. what's your point? besides that thing on top of your head, i mean?

  • @demogirlsworld go roll in shite you dumbass. stupid people like you need to be euthanized so as to prevent your stupidity being passed on to your children you inbred piece of shite

  • @demogirlsworld I feel sorry for your poor dogs and cats. My pets are family.

  • @demogirlsworld live outstide where you belong hippie

  • That dog is the sweetest thing.

  • Awwww so sweet♥

  • It's absolutely amazing how smart dogs are with children! We have a German Shepard/Husky mix and he's great! We don't have young children here but when I play with the dog,he knows how hard to "bite!" Humans should take a page from the animal world because their instincts are uncanny!

  • That's a lucky girl :)

  • How precious... dogs are truly amazing around babies.. i actually used to have a Red Nose Pit bull.. Her name was rose... she would sit down next to my daughter when she was a newborn and wouldn't let any of our other animals come near her. just me and her daddy ( unfortunately I don't have her anymore ... I got evicted and had to go to a shelter so i put her with my other dogs on a ranch I hear shes as happy as happy gets :D

  • Way too cute. I would trust my dog with my baby much sooner than one of the dumbass teenage girls.

  • Dog: Mmmmmm this baby taste delicious

  • Too cute!! for those of you saying about germs and stuff, look up on web md and you will see that it is better to be exposed when young like that, then when older. I have a golden retriever, border collie mix and he loves kids. When I brought my new born neice here to watch he sat right in front of her carrier & watched her the whole time. If she made any noise he looked up & made sure she was ok. Many dogs are very good with children.

  • I would never use antibacterial anything..stuff is a joke...wash your hands when needed..end of story! You are wiping off your natural protection. I havn't had a cold in 8 years, but everyone I know that is addicted to antibacterial hand sanatizer is constantlly sick..no thanks. Dog is very sweet!

  • it's incredible the paternal instinct of dogs, hell any mammal!

  • D'awwwwww

  • @Laplacianna I laugh at you.... HAHA! The parents are obviously recording the video. Which means they are watching. I quite sure if they thought the 8month old golden retriever which is still a puppy by the way was a threat then they would have gotten rid of him when the baby came along.... Use your head for more than a hat rack. Smh!

  • aw.. so sweet..:)

  • fuck people are retarded, its less than a minute MONITORED video. WTF is @laplacianna talking about? its a dog...

  • @Laplacianna You need to get out of your house more often.

  • @Laplacianna

You sound like the sort of person who wont go outside on a windy day for fear that a strong breeze will break your legs.

  • @Laplacianna Are you serious?

The parent is recording the video. Obviously the parent is watching. The dog is not "babysitting", it is the NAME OF THE VIDEO. Seriously, how dense can you be? Your comment is proof that humanity is doomed.

  • @Laplacianna Uh....who do you think is RECORDING the video?

  • @Laplacianna I assume that you're just kidding. But if you aren't: I've uploaded a "video response" to this clip that I took a few days ago. It establishes "proof of life" - both for the pup and the baby. :) Feel free to check it out.

  • @Laplacianna I highly doubt this woman would "murder" her dog.. or that the dog is left with the baby alone as an actualy babysitter..

  • @Laplacianna >.> I'm just gonna wait until you realize how ridiculous you sound. No really. I swear people are lucky that stupidity isn't a crime or you PETA idiots would all be locked up.

  • @Laplacianna welll since they were recording the dog watching their child they were obviously in the room. so no the dog was not being a babysitter. and that's a golden retriever.. its not going to hurt the baby, it was loving on the baby..

  • @Laplacianna

That was such a retarded comment, lol.

    I'm hoping you were joking.

  • @Laplacianna trolling at its best. bravo.

  • Your lab is 'cleaning' your baby. My dog loved to do that to my ex. She'd 'wash" his face like she was nurturing him. It was adorable to see.

  • so amazing, dog truly is mans best friend, seeing videos like this remind me of my childhood, my dog when i was an infant always followed and protected me like a bodyguard, ill never forget my dogs :)

  • Awesome!!!

  • Talk about "imprinting"!!! This baby girl will never forget this wonderful sensation !!

  • ok really alot of you ppl have no faith in pets jeezz i have had 3 purebred pits around little kids and they have never not neven once growled of even raised a lip to and of them they even fell asleep with my sisters baby stayed with her till she woke up the dogs loved her there are VERY VERY VERY rare cases where a dog will attack but the odds are so small why would you even care if you train your pets right nothing like that will ever happen

  • This is fucking awesome. And don't pardon my French.

  • Awww, that's so sweet!

  • that babie gona be hart broken in 5 years or so when u have to put u dog ddown u should get a puppie now befor it to late for u babie and u

  • @ultimatepspfan123 why would they have to put the dog down in like 5 years it is only 8 month old

  • That's why Goldens are one of the most gentle, kind and loyal dogs. For those of you who just love to watch youtube and bash the hell out of people - get a life and channel your anger elsewhere!

  • Oh please! You people are too cautious! This baby will have a strong immune system and would develop love and appreciation for animals.

Leave you negative comments somewhere else.

  • This golden is really gentle with babies, o wish my buster golden would learn that skill, he is really enthusiastic around tots and unintentionally knocks them down most times!

  • Sooo gentleee

  • WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? THIS IS AN INFANT! YOU SHOULD SEE SOME OF THE DISEASES THEY CAN GET, AFTER THE BABY STICKS HER HAND IN HER MOUTH RIGHT AFTER THE LICKING! A DOG DOESN'T HAVE TO BE SICK TO PASS ON WORMS, OR ANY OF THE OTHER PARASITES THEY CAN BE CARRYING! I HOPE SHE MAKES IT, WITH PARENTS LIKE THESE!

  • @44Muzzy Dude, chill out, it's just a cute video of a dog licking a baby's hand! the mom probably cleaned it off later... geezz!

  • @44Muzzy You'll be shocked to learn that a dog's mouth isn't that much "dirtier" than that of a human being's--likely cleaner, in fact, when we're talking about indoor dogs. And mix in some lower case letters. Sheesh.

  • Awwww... adorable. but ummm, does the dog licks way too much :?

  • Why does the dog keep licking the baby?

  • @flameout12345

Because human beings have salt naturally all over their body... It tastes good to dogs when they lick us. Also, it's a natural way they show love and affection.

  • Dog: " Can I eat it? Pleaaaseeee?" lol ... so cute

  • Kid might grow up to be the next jacob black

  • I love Goldens and really most dogs and cats. Your video is quite lovely, and your baby will be lovin that when she gets older, to watch this vid I mean.

  • Absolutely adorable.

  • Gotta love Goldens...an' li'l babies.

  • one of the reasons ways why Goldens are some of the best dogs ever

  • lovely video...I have a golden and she is the same way with babies...so sweet!

  • When I have children I want the dog they grow up with to be goldens, grew up with 3 and they were the best dogs I ever had.
