Pvt is so fucking bs... marauders own stalkers and vikings own colossi SO HARD.

And colossi only do ok vs maraduers, and stalkers only do ok vs vikings.

HT? Not even as effective vs the higher hp marauders, and vikings can dodge storm in a sec.

Adding insult to injury, the protoss units are SO much more expensive whn it comes to army of that size late game. Look at the Lost tab and u will always see protoss losing a shit ton more compared to similar loss for terran.

@joeyrenaissance immortals rape marauders/tanks/anything with armor, zealots rape marines. and stalkers do just fine against vikings. thermal lance is a great tool and keeps everything at bay. only thing i can say is learn to micro? forcefields and split and rape most any army. psi storms also work great. terran is easier to play, ill agree on that, but toss has so much utility.

My info down there is actually substantiated by the fact that marauders (mixed with little marines) do own stalkers, and vikings do own colossi. And yet the stronger terran units cost much less. The alternative build for toss is HT which again isn't good vs marad/viking.

Wow... qxc played pretty well this game to survive the Protoss death ball...

As for killing that Pylon, it would've been huge. It would've supply blocked WhiteRa, which at that level of play, 25 seconds is BIG. That's easily -2 food for each of his Gateways.

And qxc played exactly how you need to in order to beat WhiteRa's PvT, which is to harass his economy to the point where the death ball will come at a slower timing and will be MUCH weaker than it should be, as well as denying map control.

qxc actually did well facing a 185 psi protoss army, with few probes in that total. I mean... he survived. Whitera didn't make them a ball of death, with the zealots, sentries, and colossi all attacking terran ground units and mining. Let the vikings kill the colossi, then what do they do?

Honestly Husky, I think you're wrong about the age thing. I don't think that age is as much of a factor as you think. Your motor skills don't start slowing until your much older than 30. I don't think SC or video games in general appeal to the older generation as much as they appeal to our generation.

I may be wrong, but I think that a good response to the mix we saw from QXC (marauder viking) could be chargelot sentry. The sentries lock the marauders in and the chargelots slaughter them. The Terran would likely respond with ghosts, which may be "countered" by templar (storm) perhaps?

I guess reapers and marauders would be good if the Protoss got too many Sentrys and Stalkers. I myself tend to skip the Zealots since Marauder slow and Marines usually kill them before they do anything. The problem with the mass reaper harass is you have less gas later on for tanks and medivacs.
