i want to make this skirt, and i've brought the fabric which is jersey so its slighty stretchy, but i don't know what to measure for the waist band because my waist is way smaller than my hips so i doubt i'll be able to get the skirt pass my hips. can you help me? (:

@PinkStiches10 without stretchy fabric, u would need a zipper n u probly would need to do something different for the bottom waistband or else when u walk it would cut off ur steps

if you're closing the side seam first and THEN sew the waist-band-thingy (wow, my english sucks, sorry xD ) then it would look much cleaner! but the skirt is cute anyway and suits you so well^^
