As others have said, toward the end, the doctor appears to be more aggressive and in general a bit more resenting towards Allie than he did before. Mental doctors don't show aggression towards their broken, fragile patients. They try to show as much sympathy, and care as possible when there's such a twist in their lives like Allie's.
Andy Weir is a pretty good writer. I have read all of his stories. For this video I just wanted to know why the doctor sounds so angry at the end. That isn't how Andy Weir wrote it.
@PritamJaykar I agree, and furthermore the doctor's attitude during the unveiling of the twist doesn't coincide with the impression i had during the lecture of the short story. But then again, it might have been some poor writing sections that lead me to wrongly perceive the final scene.
Good voice acting though I think the Doctor should have sounded more compassionate, I can't imagine telling anyone that they've been a prostitute for all their life would be an easy thing to do, you stayed very true to the story line and I like that. One thing that threw me though was why she wasn't covering her face with her hands while she was crying, and you didn't show the ties until near the end, and even then, only for a brief flash. Wouldn't she have questioned that? Overall you did well.
at first when she said she was a chef i suspected that she may have lost the use of her hands, but that soon dwindled away.. i totally did'nt think of that
meh...not great

Poor direction I would say... I mean for a short story that tight and gripping, the video was too slow with the flow.
