no estoy del todo de acuerdo, realmente la razon por la que megaman x dejo de tener videos anime o videos complejos (x5 y 6) fue realmente a que se queria mejorar el gameplay, que la gente jugase el juego porque es bueno, no por ver horas y horas de anime.

Se dejaron de producir escenas FMV anime porque hubo demasiadas quejas por el pesimo voice-acting de MegaMan 8 y MegaMan X4 (Zero: WHATAMIFIGHTINGFOOAARHIEDHGBFD­BGL!!!). Capcom decidio "solucionar" esto quitando las escenas animadas y el voiceacting en MegaMan X5 (el cual originalmente iba a ser el ultimo juego de la saga X), aunque Rockman X5 contiene voice-acting en las escenas al igual que MegaMan X6.
