@MadamKouassi Both men and women practicing pole dance or pole fitness like this. There are contest too for everyone. It's nothing sexual with the training, it's great exercise really :) You need to be strong to make the most difficult tricks, men can very much often do tricks better because they have the strenght.. :)

But everyone can, men, women, girls, boys, everyone can practise this. it's a great sport :)
