Alright, some things to say here.

1) FANTASTIC background. You ripped yourself? THAT'S what I look for in a good hacker.

2) The music needs work, but I don't hold that against YOU...

3) The Horizontal Parakoopas go through the wall. Not good.

4) Ever try using ExGFX to make the carrot platforms look different to match the level?

Those are my only complaints. You did a wonderful job with this level.

Sonic Advance 2 Music FTW! By the way, it's Act 1. Sadly, whenever I test this music, there's no music, and it takes up a lot of space. :/ Is there any special way of putting this in a hack, because this song doesn't work at all for me...

Thanks! And yes there is. First put your rom name into the dos .smc space and put INIT press enter. And then put rom name and LEVEL in all caps and press enter and viola!

I like the use of ExGFX. I've looked at the rest of your levels, and your very good.

One comment I would be is to make your levels a little longer...or add more obstacles so they aren't straightforward. Maybe add a secondary exit here and there.
