Do you understand that she was imprisoned under guard *in a shipping container* and denied food, water, and the ability to call family or for help after this trauma? That, and the "loss" of the evidence, is why she will be suing (Halliburton)KBR. I believe she has a strong case that KBR created a hostile work environment, lied to her about her safety, and that forced arbitration of previous rape cases misled her as to the working conditions there.

Their is 2 hours of video footage (from 5 different people) of said party.

While I didn't see all of the footage I did see some, and at best it was a party that got out of hand.

The video(s) I seen were from the (or around) the 3 hour mark of the party and "Leigh" was stripping & getting double teamed by many extremely happy over it.

And from what I gather a fight broke out after a guy wouldn't go down on her and called her a tramp. (she flipped out and had to be locked in a cargo trailer.)
