I don't think it is very healthy to stand in a squatting position for 16 hours straight.

  • I love having you guys representing the 802 in my back yard.

  • took you guys 2.6 labor hours to get the shipping plastic off and roll a jack to the car. i must work really slow because it takes me 7

  • how much would this have cost e.g the new car , stripping it down , parts and construction ?

  • i wonder if any one there owns a subaru?

  • screw them damn hicks down south nascar is nothing compared to this . GO NEW ENGLAND! rally is my favortie sport considering i am in contact with a racer in the scca

  • It would be cool if you guys did SVX's too!!

  • I don't get why they have to spend all this time stripping the car. Just buy the body. I don't even think anything on this car has stock parts. Even the engine gets a bigger block and heads

  • @iMakeRand0mVids - Rally cars must be street legal (registered, insured and have plates). In order to do so you must have a car with proper VIN. Getting a shell ('body in white") direct from factory is not possible because it wouldn't have a VIN. So we use street car and tear it down. The cost to strip the car is nothing compared to the cost/time to prepare the car, so its really not a big deal.

  • What is the song You guys are Insane with cars you know that Subaru from Head to Toe no doubt about it... you tore it apart and litterally started from Sratch lol

  • Amazing, Great work guys

  • I would like to know how that happened that Pastrana's car had right side steering wheel ? How this car end up in the USA ? End of course when build up finished that steering wheel was on the left side.

  • @tomsol11 I think the rally cars start out as Spec C cars from Japan. It's then disassembled, seam welded and a roll-cage welded in then rebuilt to rally spec with new dash and electronics. The Subaru parts bin has left and right hand drive parts. I'm sure they just rebuilt it as left hand drive during the build process. Very little of the car is left "stock".

  • i would love that job

  • @zaid327 I had that job.. not as glamorous as it looks.. far from it.. most of those hours are overtime.. met some cool people tho :)
