The guitar plays downstrokes when he should be playing upstrokes. No biggie, but makes a difference.

if you play alot of reggae/ska like my self you may relize that it helps keep the beet in a more complicated rythm because you mute the up stroke on the beat and hit the chord going back up on the off beat. BUT if your playing a slower tempoed reggae song you just plane upstroke most the time

I don't think the singer is as bad as people's saying... This is not easy song to sing. And this is live outdoors, not recorded in studio. And the camera ain't that good either, so it ruins the sound. I find the singer very good thinking all I just said!

I disagree 100%. To me, way too many bands now think like you and try to cover songs EXACTLY as recorded. The point of a cover is to put your own stamp on the song. If you want to hear it exactly how Sublime recorded it, listen to their recording.

That's my opinion too. When I cover a song, I so seldom do the solo note perfect unless it's particularly iconic. I quite often change the strumming or feel of the song too.
