best way to make a homemade cannon, buy a cheap walmart airsoft pistol, take out the barrel, put a short cut screw in the back that fits tightly, and drill a 1/16in hole just infront of where the screw is in the barrel. use a bottle rocket fuse and enough powder to fill a .22lr shell, use an airsoft bb as ammo, and make sure it's packed down tight. first shot might be useless as you want the barrel to be coated with residue

More powder don't means a bigger bang.

The power of the explosion come from the preasure on the barrel.

To have more power on your cannon you only need the quantity of powder to impulse the object in the barrel. A explosion is a quick libertation of energy, this energy, on cannon, is gas preassure that impulse the object in the barrel.

it could have more power if u put a wad (tightly rolled peice or toilet paper or keenex) before the projectile but infront of the charge. it will keep the pressure behine the projectile so it gets maximum velocity

firecrackers contain flash powder, be careful, but it doesnt work for me. the best thing it to get bottle rockets, the ones with a plastic casing. they contain whistle mix, take it out by sqeezing the rocket, just take out the White powder. for that scale cannon, take a very small scoop like he did, dont confine it, just pour in. its powerful,
