Not world record at all. Fastest lap time with race is around 15.xx seconds on a standard non-turbo Daytona USA machine. In Time attack (without cars to draft) its 16.xx seconds. Search Youtube for Beginner course videos by TDX, Marubaku, kazuki, etc.. They are way faster than yours.
