Very smooth flow from screen to screen, but there were a couple of niggling issues. For one thing, I understand the need for a mind map-like lobby page, but aside from importance (I guess?) the relative sizes of the projects don't seem to make a difference.

The second UI issue is when you enter text for a project, calendar item, etc. Why is there the pop-up bubble? Why not enter it straight into the event / item? The bubble serves no purpose.
