Thing is the original (fab) recording did feature Frankie; it's such a great arrangement that I can see they would want to bring it out but yes it does need Frankie in the mix as well! That said, there is a lot of rubbish being deposited on this page. MT are a superb group who have enriched vocal jazz for the last thirty odd years. Would that these people could do as well; go listen to their albums before you comment further!

They didn`t sing it well..and I know what I`m talking about.The harmonies they are trying to sing are called upper structure triads,and 4 way closed, but they seemed to go off tune when it comes to get the tensions into the chords.Anyway,it is a very difficult task to accomplish, specially in a live show.

Critics are right: bad intonation on many notes - maybe they got a bad monitor system. But don´t forget: they´re in the business for more than 30 years and voices and ears don´t become better when getting older.

...its in black and white, and all I remember are those cool retro phones with the receiver on the bottom of the phone with a rotary or a pushtone pad on the underside of the phone as well...
