    This is just ridicules,

    If the first and all the other amendments apply to the individual then it only stands to reason that the second then too applies to the individual

    The neighbor had no problems with, the guy planting the tree, all the neighbor did was call the police station just to ask the question of wither or not you could have a fire arm on your person.

    The police are the ones that made a big deal out of it.

  • If people don't like seeing this, they should pass the conceal carry law. You would have to recieve a certification to do so, which means everyone carrying would be well educated on safely doing so. Then, when it comes to people being offended by this, there is a good old saying. "Out of sight, out of mind".

  • I can't believe there is even an argument about this topic. The guy is a law abiding citizen that was onpenly carrying a firearm on his own property. Whats next, if someone watches you loading your weapons into your vehicle to go to a gun show or shooting range, your can get a disorderly conduct ticket and have your firearms confiscated because someone was upset by seeing this? Its your constitutional right and if someone has an issue with that maybe they should move to China.
