  • OMS, if ur ever in the kansas city area check out "Cigar and Tobac 6898 W. 105th st. Overland Park, Kansas" great pipe and tobacco selection, huge humidor, thousands of cigars, and the guys that run the place are well educated on anything that has to do with pipes and tobacco! I think it would make for a great vid on youtube!

  • @Devon9676 Yeah will do thanks ! You never no where I might be at any given moment in life. Been around the block a few times buddy thanks again. Happy puffing and tamp er lightly.

    Salam

  • I have totally enjoyed participating in Online pipe community videos rather than watching t.v.

My style of entertainment has changed so drastically

  • Me too I hardly ever watch TV. YT is better entertainment for me!

    Salam

  • I am totally checking out the Jack Hackert shelf on the Bay almost everyday. I am torn between two pipes! A Hackert and a Dunhill.

    Ruben~

  • Well one way to look at it is this, You can buy 2 Hackerts for the entry level estate Dunnie 2 to 3 hundred. You tell me :-)

  • very cool, Salam - look like you're enjoying those 'slow' periods - good on ya - tamp 'er lightly - MM

  • It is sad when a member of the pipe community goes AWOL. Some of the most popular videographers have disappeared. Now it's David (Laughter1099). That guy is like a pillar of the community and poof, he just vanished in a puff of smoke (pun intended). Now you know how we felt when OneManSmoke disappeared : )

  • As I write this Mark I am uploading a APB video for David. Thanks bro. I feel a genuine warmth from this community every day thanks to people like you...

    Salam :)

  • That really is a beautiful pipe and in an amazing condition indeed.

Looks like a nice peaceful day there in baccy land, great video.

    Cheers

  • Glad to see you taking the Dunhill for a test drive. Also, thanks for joining the pro-B4man75 cause. We'll get him making vids yet...

    Cheers,

    Crow

  • Peer pressure, man, peer pressure. I'll have my first video up by the middle of January. Have to pay off some Christmas bills and I think I'll be buying a Macbook Pro which has the cam built in.

Great to see the Dunnie in action, Salam. I must've been outbid on half a dozen of them yesterday. I'll keep trying, though.

    Cheers,

    Brian

  • Salam, my man! Did I hear a whistling sound coming from that nice Dunnie of yours?

  • Yes Mike, It is whistling greetings and salutations to me and all our friends in the pipe smoking community!!!. Dunnie is very happy to be brought back to life and the fire within it's little heart re kindled after all these lonely years lost and unused. It's soul has been unleashed ounce again and he is whistling happy about it... :)

    Salam

  • LOL! Everything is alright then.

  • Ya baby! Be careful with D. Its been waiting for the perfect owner.....you!

  • I would be curious to have you compare how this vintage dunnie smokes compared to other pipes you own. I find that my Castellos do taste different than other pipes I own. Some may find that difference good, or bad. (I personally like the difference) Cheers, Kel

  • That pipe really is a beauty. I echo Kel's sentiments.

Dude, if you dig everyone's different styles, you're going to love the video I'm uploading now!
